You can make any rabbit you like: in any color, even a girl version, simply by choosing the right accessories.
Materials & Tools
To crochet Steve the Rabbit, you will need:
- Yarn: Half-cotton yarn (e.g. YarnArt Jeans or Alize Cotton Gold)
- Hook: 1.75–2.50 mm (choose what feels comfortable)
- Needle for assembly
- Eyes:
- Black beads, 6 mm (2 pcs), or
- Safety eyes / half-beads
- Filler for toys
- Tailor’s pins

Assembly
- Head: Sew head to body first
- Upper Paws: Sew at approximately row 27
- Lower Paws:

- Sew tightly and symmetrically

- Sew upright or drooping
- Fold in half for a natural crease
- Overalls Strap:
- Chain ~30 CH
- Leave 10 cm threads on both ends
- Sew under front loops of row 18
