Make 29 ch.
From the 2nd ch from the hook: 1 sc, 1 H-dc, 24 dc, 1 H-dc, 1 sc.
Place the collar around the bunny and sew the edges together.
You can fix the collar with a few stitches using a needle and thread.

Skirt:
With dress color:
Attach yarn to the back loop of round 11 of the body.
