Creamy Chicken Bacon Spinach Pasta

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken and Bacon:
  • Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and add the spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts and the sauce becomes creamy.
  1. Mix with Pasta:
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix everything together until the ingredients are well coated in the sauce.
  1. Serve: Serve hot, with extra Parmesan on top and chopped parsley, if desired.
